On 3rd April 1989, the journey began with a dream. Bold Industries started bolt manufacturing in a very small space, driven by passion and determination.

Encouraged by early success, we expanded into screw manufacturing, laying the foundation for a strong fastener portfolio.

To strengthen market presence, our first supply depot was established under the name Bold Marketing, ensuring better reach and customer service.

With growing demand, we set up a new production unit, Bold Manufacturing, marking a major step toward industrial expansion.

Operations shifted to a larger facility at Vavdi, spanning 36,000 sq. ft., enabling higher production capacity and improved efficiency.

A new chapter began with the launch of Precision Industries, focused on advanced manufacturing and quality enhancement.

We diversified further by adding new fastener products, strengthening our position as a complete fastening solutions provider.

All manufacturing units were successfully merged into a single identity – Bold Incorporation, bringing unity, strength, and streamlined operations.

We moved to a world-class manufacturing facility at Taraghadi, covering 1,75,000 sq. ft., reflecting our scale, vision, and future readiness.

A new milestone achieved with the launch of a separate MS & SS Screw Plant, enhancing specialization and production excellence.

On 1st April 2025, Bold Incorporation proudly transformed into Crab Grip Limited, marking a new era of growth and global ambition.

We commissioned a new in-house Continuous Furnace Plant, reinforcing our commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation.
