On 3rd April 1989, the journey began with a dream. Bold Industries started bolt manufacturing in just 1071 sq. ft., driven purely by passion and determination.
Success Story
1990
Encouraged by early success, we expanded into screw manufacturing, adding another 1071 sq. ft., taking our total space to 2142 sq. ft., and laying the foundation for a strong fastener portfolio.
1992
To strengthen market presence, our first supply depot was established under the name Bold Marketing, ensuring better reach and customer service.
1998
With growing demand, we set up a new production unit, Bold Manufacturing, expanding our space to 1071 + 1071 + new 2205 sq. ft., marking a major step toward industrial expansion.
2004
Operations shifted to a larger facility at Vavdi, spanning 42,500 sq. ft., enabling higher production capacity and improved efficiency.
2010
A new chapter began with the launch of Precision Industries, focused on advanced manufacturing and quality enhancement.
2014
We diversified further by adding new fastener products, strengthening our position as a complete fastening solutions provider.
2017
All manufacturing units were successfully merged into a single identity – Bold Incorporation, bringing unity, strength, and streamlined operations.
2019
We moved to a world-class manufacturing facility at Taraghadi, covering 1,89,000 sq. ft., reflecting our scale, vision, and future readiness.
2024
A new milestone achieved with the launch of a separate MS & SS Screw Plant, enhancing specialization and production excellence.
2025
On 1st April 2025, Bold Incorporation proudly transformed into Crab Grip Limited, marking a new era of growth and global ambition.
2025
We commissioned a new in-house Continuous Mesh Belt Furnace Plant, reinforcing our commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation.
